As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order we send. Whether it be through an FTD associate flower shop or directly from our shop, we will guarantee all orders delivered in Canada or the United States. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of any FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund a percentage of your purchased order.
